[Experiment Report] Nighttime Unmanned Transport of Matcha | Air Transport and Adhesion Countermeasures
Verification of whether unmanned transportation at night can be established with fine powders that raise concerns about adhesion, clogging, and poor discharge.
This is a report on a test conducted in response to the inquiry, "I want to automate the transportation of matcha at night without personnel." In this main section, we will convey the results of verifying the stability of transportation using air transport and measures to prevent adhesion to the equipment. We want to complete the preprocessing at night and focus on high-value-added tasks during the day. However, there are unique concerns associated with the unmanned transportation of fine powders like matcha. If the powder gets clogged during transportation, no one will notice, and if it adheres to the equipment, the yield the next morning may not be sufficient. We clarified that the issue is not the transportation volume but the losses due to adhesion, and we delved into verification of countermeasures through surface treatment.
